TACTICAL READY METHOD
Physical training for soldiers and police officers
A training system for people who must be prepared not only for physical tests, but above all for the real demands of service.
It develops strength, speed, endurance, resilience and work capacity. The training respects shifts, training, equipment, lack of sleep and the current level of readiness.
WHY TACTICAL READY
Physical tests are the beginning, not the end
Running a set limit, doing push-ups, or doing a sufficient number of pull-ups may be enough to pass the test. However, it does not indicate whether a person can perform in equipment, handle a load, sprint repeatedly, or continue working while fatigued.
A soldier and police officer need a combination of strength, speed, endurance, resilience and the ability to recover quickly. They must train alongside shifts, training, duty and often irregular sleep.
That's why Tactical Ready doesn't build training around just one test or one skill. The goal is to create a physical reserve that will remain usable even when conditions are less than ideal.
Not just meeting the minimum. Be ready to perform when it's really needed.
What the method develops
Tactical Ready connects the skills that a soldier or police officer needs for testing, training, and long-term performance on duty.

FORCE
The ability to control one's own body, manipulate a load, and safely generate force even under fatigue.

PERSEVERANCE
Aerobic basis for long work and the ability to repeatedly manage short periods of high intensity.

SPEED
Acceleration, short sprints, changes of direction and the ability to react quickly to the situation.

WORKING CAPACITY
Carrying loads, moving around in gear, and performing repetitive physical tasks without significant performance loss.
EXPLOSIVENESS
Rapid application of force when jumping, sprinting, overcoming obstacles, or manipulating equipment.

ENDURANCE
Quality of movement, stability, gradual dosage of load and regeneration, which help maintain long-term readiness.
PREPARATION SYSTEM
Two routes depending on current readiness
Everyone starts at a different level. Some need to build a solid physical foundation first, while others are already experienced and want to maintain a high level of readiness throughout the year. That's why Tactical Ready works with two complementary paths.

BUILD
Annual preparation - TRM-52
For applicants, new members, less experienced athletes and people returning after a longer break.
The program is divided into thirteen four-week blocks. Individual skills are developed gradually - from movement and fitness basics to strength, endurance and speed, and then their use in professional tasks.
The goal is to build a body within one year that can handle further long-term preparation, physical tests, and the increasing demands of service.

SUSTAIN
Operational Conjugate - TRM-OC
For experienced and physically fit soldiers or police officers who need to develop multiple skills simultaneously.
Strength, speed, explosiveness, endurance and work capacity remain in training throughout the year. Their priority, intensity and volume change according to shifts, training, regeneration and current goal.
The goal is to maintain high readiness in the long term without unnecessary loss of capabilities that are not currently a top priority.
PREPARATION BY SERVICE
Same basis. Different service requirements.
Both soldiers and police officers need strength, speed, endurance, and resilience. However, the specific ratio of these abilities varies depending on the duty assignment, physical tests, equipment, shifts, and tasks that a person must perform.
SOLDIERS
Physical training for soldiers
Military training must take into account movement in the field, working in equipment, carrying material and long-term stress. Not only performance is important, but also the ability to continue working and repeatedly perform.
Typical priorities:
• strength and load handling
• endurance and movement over longer distances
• walking and weight-bearing movements
• speed, explosiveness and overcoming obstacles
• preparation for physical tests and selection procedures
POLICEMEN
Physical training for police officers
Police work often alternates long periods of low activity with sudden bursts of high-intensity performance. Training therefore develops the ability to accelerate quickly, change direction, work in gear, and use force safely.
Typical priorities:
• relative strength and control of one's own body
• short sprints, braking and changes of direction
• strength endurance and repeated intense stretches
• working in equipment and handling loads
• training management during shift operation
METHOD IN PRACTICE
There is no one-size-fits-all plan
Tactical Ready is a framework for individual training. The selection of exercises, volume, intensity and distribution of training are guided by the goal, current performance and overall workload of the individual.
STEP 1
INITIAL STATE
We'll find out where you start.
We will evaluate your training experience, physical test results, health limitations, available equipment, and skills you need to improve.
STEP 2
DIRECTION OF PREPARATION
We will determine the main priorities.
Depending on the initial level, service rank, and target date, we will choose the annual TRM-52 training or the Operational Conjugate system.
STEP 3
TRAINING BLOCK
We will translate strategy into training.
I will prepare a specific four-week block with strength, speed, endurance and professionally focused training. You will get everything clearly in the TrainHeroic app.
STEP 4
EVALUATION
We monitor the reaction and adjust the plan.
We regularly evaluate training results, technique, subjective difficulty, and recovery. We adjust the plan based on shifts, training, sleep, and unexpected changes.
Neither the shift nor the training are circumstances outside the plan. They are part of the burden that the plan must take into account.
