Online coaching for soldiers and police officers

INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE

A training plan created according to your goal, current performance, shifts, training and possibilities. You will not only get a list of exercises, but also long-term guidance, regular adjustments and feedback from a coach.

IS IT FOR YOU?

Who is Tactical Ready online coaching for?

For people who don't want to develop just one ability. They want to be strong, fast, persistent and physically resilient - in other words, train like a tactical athlete.

I SERVE

Soldiers and police officers

For members who need to develop physical fitness over the long term in addition to shifts, training, service and other work duties.

I AM PREPARING

Candidates and selection procedures

For those interested in the service, physical tests or a specific selection procedure. Preparation is based on the deadline, required disciplines and current performance.

I WANT TO BE VERSATILE

Training as a tactical athlete

For someone who doesn't have to be a soldier or police officer, but wants to comprehensively develop strength, speed, explosiveness, endurance, and work capacity.

You don't have to serve in the armed forces anymore. What's important is that you want to train systematically, can complete most of the training independently, and are looking for long-term guidance instead of a one-size-fits-all plan.

PROCESS OF COOPERATION

How does online coaching work?

From the first contact you will know what to expect. Collaboration is not a one-time sending of a plan, but an iterative process of planning, training, evaluation and further adjustments.

STEP 1

Initial consultation

You fill out a short introductory questionnaire and we will arrange a non-binding call. We will discuss your goal, job title, shifts, training, experience, equipment and any limitations.

STEP 2

Input evaluation

We will select appropriate performance tests based on your goals and capabilities. We will evaluate your current strength, speed, endurance, movement readiness, and the areas that need the most attention.

STEP 3

Individual training block

I will prepare a four-week plan for you in the TrainHeroic app. Each workout includes specific exercises, sets, repetitions, intensity, rest periods, instructions, and necessary videos.

STEP 4

Ongoing management and adjustments

Every week we will evaluate your completed training, recovery and upcoming duties. You will receive feedback on your technique and we will adjust the plan according to shifts, training, fatigue or unexpected changes.
