Cancellation Policy

1. Price and Payment: The price for one hour of personal training is 800 CZK. Payment is due once upon booking and can be made via the available payment methods in the booking system. 2. 1. Cancellation of Reservation by the Client: The reservation can be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the training. In case of early cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded or a new hour can be booked. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start, the paid amount will not be refunded. 2. 2. Cancellation of Reservation by the Provider: The Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the training due to illness, vacation or other unexpected circumstances. In such a case, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and offered a replacement hour or a refund of the paid amount. 2. 3. Complaints: Complaints can be submitted in writing to the e-mail address ondra.mareda@icloud.com. The complaint will be assessed and resolved within 30 days. If it is recognized as justified, a replacement service or a refund of the amount paid will be offered. 4. Liability: The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Service or failure to follow the instructions. The Client is responsible for his/her health and should consult a doctor before starting training. 5. Protection of Personal Data: The Client's personal data will be protected in accordance with applicable regulations. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy on the Provider's website.
